At Personal Castles we don’t just assign random cleaning crews, like other cleaning companies do. We take great effort to match the cleaning crew to your family’s needs. Clients on a weekly or biweekly cleaning schedule have the same cleaning crew every visit. This means you’ll always know the people inside your house.
WE FOCUS ON WHAT YOU WANT CLEAN
On the first visit, Jean Claude, owner of Personal Castles, walks with you room-to-room, and takes notes about your preferences. He then builds a checklist for the cleaning crew to follow so every future cleaning is exactly how you want it done.
WE DON'T RUSH THROUGH YOUR CLEANING JOB
Our policy at Personal Castles is to schedule a maximum of two house cleanings per day. This eliminates any pressure to hurry through a cleaning job. Instead, our crews focus all their attention on doing your job right.
